Medication Management Program Introduced

The University of Findlay College of Pharmacy and the Hancock County Agency on Aging are partnering to present a new program to help people improve their health by better managing their medications.    Participants in the program will receive a detailed medication review, medication safety surveillance, continued support on medication management, disease management consultation and support  and may even see a reduction in medication costs through the elimination of errors.  To learn more, plan to attend a  Lunch and Learn presentation on August 11 from 11:30 am-1:00 pm.  Call Heather Powell at 419-423-8496 for reservations and further details.
